"Return Was More of a Hassle Than I Expected"
I ordered a part from encompass.com and then ended up not even needing it, so I had to go through the whole return process. The return did work in the end, but it felt like extra work I didn’t really want to deal with, and the refund took longer than I expected to show back up. Customer service did respond when I reached out, but it wasn’t exactly quick. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, just kind of annoying. I might use them again if I really needed a specific part, but I wouldn’t be in a rush.

I paid for my parts on encompass.com and, the whole payment part was painless. I entered my card info, submitted the order, and it went through right away without making me retry it or wonder if something froze. I also got the confirmation email quickly, which I always appreciate because otherwise I start checking my bank app and inbox over and over to make sure the order actually happened. There were no weird duplicate charges, no random error messages, and no confusing checkout steps. It was just a normal, straightforward checkout experience, which is really all I wanted.

"Helpful support, just a bit slow"
I reached out to Encompass support about an issue with a part, and the tech support person definitely seemed to know their stuff. They gave me the info I needed, so that part was good. It just took maybe a couple of back-and-forth messages longer than I expected, and the replies were short. Not a bad experience, but not exactly smooth either. Around 3 stars feels about right.

Orders do come through, so that part is fine, but the updates are just way too slow sometimes. It gets frustrating not knowing what’s going on in real time. I like using it, but if the update speed doesn’t improve, I might have to start looking for another option.

I ordered a replacement part and, for the most part, everything showed up as expected. One small piece wasn’t quite what I thought I was getting, which was a little annoying at first. I’m guessing they may have substituted it or updated the design, but I don’t really know for sure. After I checked it over and made sure it fit, it ended up working fine. Shipping was decent, nothing especially fast or slow. Overall, it worked out, but it wasn’t a totally smooth experience.

"Decent, but not exactly a bargain"
I was a little annoyed at the time because I really just wanted to get the part ordered and move on. Encompass did have what I needed, and the site was simple enough to use. The part showed up as expected, so no complaints there. The only downside was the price after shipping, which felt a bit high. Not awful, just not much of a deal. I’d probably use them again if I couldn’t find it cheaper somewhere else...

The diagrams made it really easy to find the right fridge part, and the docs matched what I had at home. The only small gripe is that I had to click around a bit before I felt totally sure it was the exact piece. But once I found it, ordering was simple and there was no guessing this time.

I ordered a part from encompass.com, the tracking was one of the better parts of the whole experience. It was clear and easy to follow from the time it shipped all the way through to when it was out for delivery. I didn’t have to sit there wondering where the package was or keep guessing if it was actually moving, which I really appreciated. Everything was laid out in a way that made it simple to know what was going on, and that made the wait a lot less annoying

Umm, overall managing my account on Encompass has been easy. Logging in has worked fine, my order info is simple to find, and updating my details didn’t take much time. One page did load a little slow for me once, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, good enough for me — 4 stars.
